VONKO Warranty Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
At VONKO, we stand behind the quality of our intelligent home cleaning products. This Warranty Policy explains the commercial warranty coverage available for eligible VONKO products purchased directly from our official online store at vonkolife.com.
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible VONKO robot vacuum cleaners, robot vacuum and mop products, auto-empty cleaning systems, charging docks, accessories, spare parts, consumables, and related product bundles, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a product-specific warranty notice.
This Warranty Policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
For eligible VONKO products purchased directly from vonkolife.com, VONKO currently provides a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
The warranty period begins from the date the product is delivered to the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a product-specific warranty notice.
2. Products Covered
This Warranty Policy may apply to eligible VONKO products purchased directly from our official online store, including:
- VONKO robot vacuum cleaners;
- robot vacuum and mop products;
- auto-empty stations, where included with the product;
- charging docks, where included with the product;
- standard accessories supplied with the original product package;
- replacement parts or accessories where a separate warranty is expressly provided.
Warranty coverage may vary by product model, region, purchase channel, package configuration, and applicable law.
3. What the Warranty May Cover
Subject to inspection and confirmation, the warranty may cover defects related to:
- the robot vacuum main unit;
- the charging dock or auto-empty station, where included;
- manufacturing defects affecting normal product operation;
- electrical or mechanical failure under normal household use;
- defective standard accessories included with the original package;
- product issues that prevent the device from performing its intended basic cleaning functions under normal use.
Depending on the issue, we may offer troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair support, product replacement, refund review, or another reasonable support solution.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or loss caused by:
- misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation;
- accidental damage, drops, impact, fire, liquid damage, or water exposure beyond normal intended use;
- unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, tampering, or use of non-approved parts;
- use outside normal household cleaning conditions;
- commercial, industrial, rental, or abnormal high-frequency use unless expressly approved;
- failure to follow user instructions, maintenance guidance, cleaning requirements, or safety warnings;
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect product function;
- damage caused by blocked filters, tangled brushes, excessive debris, poor maintenance, or failure to clean consumable parts;
- damage caused by unsuitable floor conditions, obstacles, cords, liquids, or environmental factors;
- lost or stolen products;
- products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, marketplaces, resellers, second-hand sources, or private sellers.
The warranty also does not normally cover consumable or maintenance items, including:
- filters;
- side brushes;
- main brushes;
- mop pads;
- dust bags;
- rollers;
- cleaning tools;
- other parts designed for regular replacement,
unless the item is defective on arrival or otherwise covered by applicable law.
5. Proof of Purchase
To request warranty support, you may be required to provide proof of purchase.
Acceptable proof may include:
- your VONKO order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- order confirmation email;
- invoice or payment record;
- product name and model;
- delivery date, where available.
We may be unable to process a warranty request if the original purchase cannot be verified.

Please include the following information where available:
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the product name and model;
- a clear description of the issue;
- photos or videos showing the issue;
- photos of the product label, serial number, or relevant part, where available;

Please do not send products back before receiving instructions from VONKO. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected, or not processed correctly.
7. Warranty Review Process
After receiving your warranty request, we may review the information provided and ask for additional details where necessary.
The review process may include:
- checking your order and purchase eligibility;
- reviewing photos, videos, or issue descriptions;
- providing troubleshooting instructions;
- requesting additional diagnostic information;
- confirming whether the issue is covered by this Warranty Policy;
- determining the appropriate support option.
Some product issues may be resolved through maintenance, cleaning, reset steps, accessory replacement, firmware guidance, or troubleshooting support.
8. Available Warranty Remedies
If a warranty claim is approved, the remedy may include one or more of the following:
- troubleshooting support;
- replacement accessory or consumable part where applicable;
- replacement component;
- repair support;
- product replacement;
- refund review;
- another reasonable support solution.
The available remedy may depend on product availability, model status, destination, warranty status, issue type, applicable law, and operational feasibility.
Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, functionally equivalent, or from a comparable model where permitted by law and where appropriate.
9. Shipping for Warranty Service
Where a return, repair, replacement part, or replacement product shipment is required, we will provide instructions before anything is sent back.
Shipping responsibilities may depend on the issue type, destination, warranty status, product condition, and applicable consumer rights.
If the issue is confirmed to be a covered warranty defect, we will provide further instructions regarding the appropriate shipping or replacement process.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, replacement part costs, repair costs, or related charges where permitted by law.
10. Warranty for Replacement Products or Parts
Replacement products or parts provided under warranty may be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by VONKO.
Receiving a replacement product or part does not automatically restart the full original warranty period unless required by law or confirmed in writing.
11. Third-party Purchases
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from vonkolife.com.
If you purchased a VONKO product from Amazon, another marketplace, retailer, distributor, reseller, or second-hand seller, please contact the seller or platform where the purchase was made. Their own warranty, return, refund, and after-sales rules may apply.
VONKO may not be able to verify, support, or provide warranty coverage for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sources.
12. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to limit or replace any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or not in conformity with the sales contract, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, refund, or other remedies under applicable consumer law.
Our commercial warranty is intended to operate in addition to, and not in place of, your mandatory legal rights.
13. Abuse Prevention
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or investigate warranty requests where we reasonably suspect:
- fraud;
- false claims;
- intentional product damage;
- unauthorized repair or modification;
- repeated replacement abuse;
- missing or altered proof of purchase;
- use inconsistent with normal household operation;
- product damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
This does not limit any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.
